B2B lead generation with company dossiers
The system studies your list of companies, finds the person who makes the decision, writes to them about their company and runs the follow-up by email, LinkedIn and Telegram. Your manager checks every message before it goes out.
Status: In production at a merch maker.
The problem
- Identical cold emails get ignored, and writing personal ones by hand takes hours per company.
- The manager doesn't know who at the company to write to, so the email goes to the general inbox.
- After the first email, nobody follows up consistently, and leads get lost between channels.
- Uncontrolled mass mailing damages the reputation of your domain and accounts.
One trial card first, then the campaign.
A person approves every email, connection request and message before it goes out.
Brief
:Who we're looking for, what you offer, your case studies, rules for the texts, which channels we may use.
Client profile and text rules
:Industry, company size, job titles, tone. Your real projects go into the texts.
Trial list
:The system builds dossiers and texts on a small list. First a single trial card: we read it together, adjust the rules, and only then do the rest.

Campaign
:A sequence of steps across channels. Every message passes through the approval queue.
Weekly review
:Who replied, what worked, what one dossier cost. We adjust the rules based on the results.
Dossier, text and approval queue in one window.
The manager reads, edits and approves, and daily and monthly limits cap the spending.
- A dossier on every contact: company, person, sources, and a score with the reasoning behind it.
- Text written for the recipient and the channel: an email to a person, an email to a general inbox, a note with a LinkedIn connection request, messages on LinkedIn and Telegram.
- Follow-up sequences with pauses and a sending window set to your working hours and time zone.
- An approval queue: the manager reads, edits, approves or rejects.
- All conversations in one place: AI drafts the replies, qualifies leads and passes the hot ones to a manager.
- A do-not-contact list, and an automatic stop when someone asks you not to write.
- Daily and monthly spending limits, and a log of every paid operation.

Questions about leadgen.
Isn't this spam?
We write personally, to one person, about their company, and only to work contacts from public sources. Every message makes it clear who is writing. A “please don't write” stops the sequence and puts the contact on the do-not-contact list. We never post in channels or groups. Check the rules on outreach in your country with a lawyer, and we'll set the system up to follow them.
How many replies do you guarantee?
We don't promise any number before the first campaign. We measure from the log: delivered, replied, replies with substance. You see the numbers every week.
Who writes the texts?
AI, following your rules and using your case studies. A manager reads every text before it goes out. We turn common edits into text rules, so the next texts already take them into account.
Which accounts send the messages?
Separate sender accounts that you set aside for this. Your company's official accounts never send outreach.
How much does one dossier cost?
It depends on how deep the research goes. The system shows the cost of every dossier. Contacts with no way to reach them are filtered out before any paid research starts.
