Applies to the entire emilus.dev website, including the [Emilus Agent page (in Ukrainian)](https://emilus.dev/agent/). In short: the site describes our services and gives you a way to contact us. By itself, it does not bind anyone to anything; obligations arise only under a signed contract. ## Who we are Emilus is Emilus OÜ, registry code 17490988, registered address: Sepapaja tn 6, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. This is the only legal entity behind Emilus and Emilus Agent, and it is the party to any contract with you. It is **not a public offer** and not an offer to conclude a contract: it does not bind anyone to anything. - The calculators, the configurator and the solution finder give an **indicative** estimate based on your input. Actual figures are agreed after a review of your business. - Prices, timelines and the scope of work are set out in writing, in a commercial proposal and a contract. ## What you get when you leave your contact details We reply via the channel you specified (Telegram, phone or email) to arrange a review. You owe us nothing, and you can ask us at any time to stop writing to you; we will stop. ## How the agent works - The agent tells the customer at the start of the conversation that it is an AI. - Anything involving money or commitments (an invoice, a discount, a change of terms, a refund, promises about timelines) requires confirmation by a person on your side. - The agent uses your price list and your data. The business owner is responsible for their accuracy. - You use your own account with the model provider and pay for its usage directly, with no markup from us. ## Chat with Solomiia - Solomiia is Pavlo’s AI assistant, not a human; she says so at the start of the conversation. You can talk to a human in Telegram at [@brrr28](https://t.me/brrr28). - The chat’s answers are for reference only and may contain inaccuracies. The prices and timelines Solomiia quotes are taken from the site’s pages; they are final only in a commercial proposal and a contract. - Solomiia does not conclude contracts, accept payments or make commitments on behalf of Emilus. - A request is sent to Pavlo only after you press “ok, send”. After that, Pavlo will write to you to arrange a time for a call; you owe us nothing. - If you book a call in the chat itself, an invitation with a Google Meet link is sent to the email address you provided. Booking does not commit you to anything: you can decline directly in the invitation. - If the chat cannot reach the model, it runs in demo mode with prepared answers; the chat itself says so. - Do not use the chat for unlawful or offensive content or for automated requests. In such cases, we may restrict access. - What data the chat processes and how long we keep it is described in the [privacy policy](https://emilus.dev/en/privacy/#chat). ## Intellectual property The texts, graphics and code of this site belong to Emilus. The results of work under a contract (code, knowledge base, data, access credentials) are transferred to the client on the terms of the contract. ## Liability The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of indicative calculations from the calculators. Liability for work under a contract is determined by the contract itself. ## Personal data Described separately in the [privacy policy](https://emilus.dev/en/privacy/). ## Changes We may update these terms. The current version is always here, with the date at the top. Governing law: the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that could not be settled through negotiation are heard by the courts of Estonia at the place of registration of Emilus OÜ; if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protection and of the right to go to court under the law of your country of residence.
