The brief is free: a 30-minute call with Pavlo. After that, the four AI directions follow the same steps, and you can stop after any of them. The Integrator is priced after the brief, custom software at a fixed price after the brief.

1. Step 1 · **$0** Brief A 30-minute call with Pavlo about what hurts, which systems you already have and what you have tried.
2. 5 working days Step 2 · **$300** Diagnostic We look at your real inquiries and systems and work out where money leaks and whether the solution will pay off.
3. Step 3 · **$2.5–3.5k** Pilot The system works with your customers and data while you watch the numbers.
4. Step 4 · **$6–12k** System Agents in several departments, connected to your systems. We name the exact price after the diagnostic.

Each step counts toward the next · payment 40/40/20 · a spending cap in the contract. The Agent pilot takes 3 weeks; for other directions we set the timeline after the diagnostic.

You pay the provider directly, for what you use, in any package. On average $40–80 a month, depending on how many conversations there are and how long they run.

What is a brief, and what does it cost? The brief is free. It’s a 30-minute online call with Pavlo about what hurts, which systems you already have and what you have tried. Afterwards we tell you where to start. Sometimes we advise you to hold off for now. What do I get from the $300 diagnostic? Over 5 working days we look at your real inquiries and systems and work out where money leaks. You get a verdict on whether you need the solution, and a pilot plan. The amount counts toward the next step. You can stop at any step. Who pays for AI model usage? You do, directly, for what you use, in any package. On average that is $40–80 a month, depending on how many conversations there are and how long they run. The spending cap is written into the contract, and you see the costs by day in a dashboard. How do we pay? Under a contract: in hryvnias through a Ukrainian sole proprietor, or in foreign currency to a European bank account. How are custom software and integrations priced? Custom software has a fixed price after the brief, and the contract sets a deadline for each stage. The Integrator is priced after the brief and an API check. The code, keys and accounts belong to you.
