## Six directions, one team.

Each direction has its own colour across the site. The detailed pages are in Ukrainian for now.

- **emilus. Agent** Answers customers in Instagram, Telegram and the chat on your website, remembers each client, quotes from your price list and creates orders in your CRM.

How to start

## Brief → diagnostic → pilot.

You can stop after any step. The prices below are for emilus. Agent; other directions are priced after the brief.

1. Step 1 · **Free** Brief A call and a short questionnaire: what hurts, which systems you use, what you have already tried. We tell you honestly where to start, or that you do not need us yet.
2. Step 2 · **$300** Diagnostic We look at your real conversations, systems and numbers, calculate where customers get lost and whether an agent pays off.
3. 3 weeks Step 3 · **$2,500–3,500** Pilot The agent works with your customers and you see the result. It goes live only after a replay on real customer messages and a scenario exam.

**Full system**: usually $6,000–12,000, exact price after the diagnostic. **AI model usage**: you pay the provider directly, in any package. **Custom software**: fixed price after the brief.
